Should Louisianna Make Low Slung Pants Illegal?

My favorite quote in this article is from the representative of the Lousianna ACLU: "I can think of a lot of workers, plumbers, who are working and expose their buttocks and the beginning of the crack of their anus."

Crack of the anus!?!? Now that *should* be illegal. Those pants would have to be very low indeed, not to mention that anal fissures are incredibly painful.
